THE HOUSE

A modern, open plan house built in 2018 with traditional Cornish materials. Our four bedroom home is the perfect place to relax into your holiday. With wonderful patio benefiting from lovely views, and in a fantastic location with easy reach to the coastal path, beach and village.

Light, airy, calm interiors. The downstairs benefits from an open plan living room / kitchen, plus a downstairs shower room, and utility room. The kitchen is well equipped to cater for your culinary needs. Whilst outdoors there is a large patio with dining and BBQ for 8, and 2 sun loungers to lay on and enjoy the view.

Upstairs, all the bedrooms benefit from far reaching views across the valley and cove. Each room has the highest quality beds and linen to ensure a good nights sleep!

The house is just 10 minutes walk to Trevaunance Cove, where the St Agnes beach, surf and much more can be found. It is also just 3 minutes walk from the breath taking, National Heritage Coastal path, and 5 minutes walk into the heart of St Agnes village, where you will find shops, restaurants, pubs and more.

The master bedroom features a king size bed, walk in wardrobes, dressing table, ensuite shower room, and far reaching views.

Bedroom 2 can be set up either as a super King or as 2 twin beds. It has a wardrobe, dressing table and is next to the main bathroom. Gorgeous views across the valley, and a glimpse of the sea too.

Bedroom 3 contains twin beds and a chest of drawers.

Bedroom 4 features a high quality double sofa-bed and a flat screen TV to give you the flexibility to make it an upstairs den or another bedroom.
